This was a 1/2 sheet marble cake covered in black fondant. I used grey icing to make the chainlink fence. Using a template, I replicated the Tapout logo in fondant.
This cake was for a baby shower. It was a 8 inch cake on a 10 inch cake. White cake with cookies and cream filling covered in fondant with a fondant teddy bear on top with dump truck.
This Rubiks Cube cake was for a Halloween 80s party. I made three 8x8 chocolate cakes. I made a cutout from cardboard and used it to cut three squares from each cake, covered each in black fondant and decorated with different colored squares using an original rubiks cube as a guide. Chocolate buttercream was used to hold the pieces together.
This two tiered Princess cake was fun to make. A 10 inch and 6 inch tiered cake strawberry flavored with buttercream filling. Both tiers were iced and covered in fondant, stripes and circle details, dusted lightly with pink pearl dust.
This is the original zebra cake the one that started it all. I made it using a 10 inch cake in chocolate on the bottom and a 6 inch yellow cake on the top. The bow and balls out of fondant.
This Superman cake was a 1/2 sheet red velvet cake. Iced in buttercream icing. A 8x8 cake was cut in the shape of the Superman diamond and placed on top and using the star tip, I designed the "S".
I decided to combine my love of drawing and my love of baking and BAM I got into Cake Decorating. Although I am just starting it out it has become a very successful endeavor, and a lot of fun, I am learning a lot and hope to get better and better with each cake.
